Positive: Ontbijt nvt. Locatie heel goed, leuk appartement met een fijn bed. Sanitair was goed schoon.
Negative: Al contact gehad over een verstopt doucheputje waardoor we middenin de nacht stonden te dweilen. Schoonmakers moeten bij elke schoonmaak even het putje legen.

Hôte très sympa. Les instructions d'arrivées et de départs sont hyper clair, je n'ai jamais vu ça au TOP.
L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Bien situé dans le centre ville proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques....). Il est facile d'accès à moins de 15min à pied de la gare. Si je revient à Colmar je réserverais de nouveau

Although we did a last minute booking, the flat was clean and tidy. Some reviews mentioned a smell in the bathroom, but we didn’t experience it at all. And the construction work mentioned in the description is not something to worry about. Definitely a place to consider when visiting Colmar.

A very handy cost effective studio apartment
Positive: It is a spacious, quiet studio suitable for 2 people. Excellent communications with the online staff. We renewed twice staying in total 3 weeks. It had an elavator and included rubbish disposal in the lobby. A 5 minute walk to the historic centre with bus and trams outside of the apartment block.

Positive: Amplasarea si decorul, insa mobilierul necesita alta pozitionare, nu se permite mutarea canapelei si nu prea e loc sa intri in dormitor sau sa stai la tv. Orice modificare faci este aspru criticata si pedepsita.
Negative: Comunicare foare proasta si rautacioasa, inainte de rezervare dar si dupa.
Persoanele care trimit mesaje raspund greu, cand vor ei si ce le convine, chiar te incurajeaza sa anulezi. Iti opresc 300euro garantie si apoi nu raspunde nimeni la mesaje, banii ii recuperezi greu inapoi, am dar multe telefoane inclusiv la booking si gasesc motive sa iti opreasca din bani.

 Curatenia lasa de dorit, am gasit fire de par pe faianta, in baie, geamuri murdare, praf pe mobila si pe televizor, toate ustensilele de bucatarie murdare, nu au perdele la geamuri desi exista suportul necesar, iar vizavi sunt vecini la 3m distanta, se uita toata lumea la tine in casa, ceva oribil. singura varianta este sa inchizi obloanele si sa faci bezna. 
Televizorul este imposibil de utilizat, nu au canale tv, doar internet si o tableta pe care cu greu o utilizezi. Te obliga sa le faci curat la plecare, sa arunci gunoiul, sa speli vasele si desi am facut toate acestea, mi s-a oprit din garantie penalizare de 20 euro pentru ca nu am avut punga de gunoi sa pun 2 cutii de reciclare si nu am gasit tomberonul necesar.
V-as recomanda sa cautati variante mai bune, am ramas dezamagita profund.

Positive: Très bon emplacement, au calme mais très proche du centre. Appartement fonctionnel, élégant et suffisamment grand. Papier toilette, dosettes à café et distributeur de gel douche très appréciables.
Negative: Il y a eu une panne de courant dans l’immeuble et on ne savait pas où était le compteur! 😉 sinon des couvertures en plus nous auraient été utiles dans les chambres : on préfère ne pas trop chauffer mais se couvrir!

Absolutely outstanding apartment in a perfect location close to everything in Colmar. We were there for the Christmas markets. there was literally one right down the street and the rest were all within easy walks. The entire city is very walkable. once you park your car, you don't need to worry about it again. and there's a parking lot right around the corner from the apartment that was very simple and we were able to use an app from our phones that made it even easier.   Very highly recommend staying here and would stay again when in Colmar.

This was a stunning apartment, clean and nicely decorated. It was walkable to the center of Colmar but still in a very quiet area. 

The biggest letdown for this was check-in. We completed the verification process 10 hours prior to Check-in. However, we never received the lock box code via email or by text. When we arrived at the Air BnB it was pouring with rain, we tried to phone for assistance but were put on hold for 20 minutes and then eventually cut off. We tried to go through the verification again, but once again, no codes. After 45 minutes we received an extremely rude message from the management company. We were with our Parents and this was their first Air BnB experience, they started to panic we might not ever get a response. It was a Friday, late afternoon, and put a dampener on our holiday.

We understand that it was not pleasant to wait for 20minutes (as per our records) before receiving the codes.

This is the reason why we asked you to register while before the arrival date (from one week before your arrival date, we kept on sending you messages on Airbnb reminding you to register). 
Sadly, you decided to make the registration only on your check-in day (at 5.30pm) and because this is the check-in time for our 50+ apartments, we also had to deal with other guests, which resulted in the slight delay.

We really regret that this has affected the rest of your stay, though you liked our apartment "The Rokst".

Positive: Nice apartment in an old typical building . Very comfortable beds. We were 5 adults, so one was on the sofa bed which is quite big enough for an adult.

Positive: Super Lage - sehr zentral gelegen. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren komfortabel.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht.
Negative: Die Nachbarn waren frühmorgens ziemlich laut, aber dafür können die Vermieter natürlich nichts!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Direkt angrenzend an die Fußgängerzone aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (11 & 14 Jahre) für 3 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön und auch groß, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke.
Sogar Kaffeekapseln, Zucker und Spülmaschinen-Tabs waren bereitgestellt.
Ebenso wie ein Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr, über EasyPark sogar möglich die Parkdauer direkt aus der Wohnung zu verlängern).
Auch die Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes war super schnell.
Bei Anreise haben wir die Bettwäsche für das Schlafsofa nicht auf Anhieb gefunden, aber innerhalb weniger Minuten Antwort erhalten und alles gefunden. Perfekt !
Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!
