Hôte très sympa. Les instructions d'arrivées et de départs sont hyper clair, je n'ai jamais vu ça au TOP.
L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Bien situé dans le centre ville proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques....). Il est facile d'accès à moins de 15min à pied de la gare. Si je revient à Colmar je réserverais de nouveau

Although we did a last minute booking, the flat was clean and tidy. Some reviews mentioned a smell in the bathroom, but we didn’t experience it at all. And the construction work mentioned in the description is not something to worry about. Definitely a place to consider when visiting Colmar.

A very handy cost effective studio apartment
Positive: It is a spacious, quiet studio suitable for 2 people. Excellent communications with the online staff. We renewed twice staying in total 3 weeks. It had an elavator and included rubbish disposal in the lobby. A 5 minute walk to the historic centre with bus and trams outside of the apartment block.

gemütliche und gut gelegene Wohnung.  Für Paare ideal - die Duschkabine befindet sich neben dem Bett (ein Bad-Schlafzimmer sozusagen). 
Negativer Punkt: der Geruch aus dem Duschabfluss war etwas eklig (und im Schlafzimmer...)
ich denke das liegt an den Bauarbeiten im Haus. Dort wird gerade alles neu gebaut und vielleicht funktioniert noch nicht alles richtig.

Negative: Die Wohnung war in einer Baustelle und ich wurde nicht informiert. Auf den Fotos sieht alles super aus bis man es an Ort sieht. Der Preis war überteuert und diese Wohnung ist Gesundheitsschädigend da man ohne Lift 3 Stockwerke im Dreck und Kabelanschlüsse laufen muss. Die Wohnung stinkt grauenhaft nach Abwasser Tag und Nacht und es ist zu kalt in der Nacht zum lüften. Keine Seife in den Dispenser keine Garderobe keine Silikonfugen beim Sockel so das die ganzen Bakterien sich schön dort aufhalten können. Eingangsbereich ohne Licht Türe Tag und Nacht offen. Für ältere und auch andere Leute Sicherheitsrisiko. Das Beste ist, ich bekam eine E-Mail am letzten Tag und wurde gebeten meinen Abfall mit zu nehmen.....lachhaft.
Wir sind nicht das erste mal in Colmar aber so was........ Diese Wohnung ist billig und unprofessionell auf die schnelle  renoviert worden man hört es schon am billigen Laminat. Eigentlich sollte man diese Unterkunft am Gesundheitsamt in Colmar melden ich weiss nicht ob man so eine Baustelle vermieten darf mit diesen Gasen in der Nacht

The apartment was in a construction site and I was not informed. On the photos everything looks great until you see it in place. The price was overpriced and this apartment is harmful to health because you have to walk 3 floors in the dirt and cable connections without a lift. The apartment stinks horribly of sewage day and night and it is too cold at night to ventilate. No soap in the dispenser, no coat rack, no silicone joints at the base so that all the bacteria can stay there. Entrance area without light door open day and night. For older and also other people safety risk. The best thing is, I got an e-mail on the last day and was asked to take my waste with me..... We are not the first time in Colmar but something like that........ This apartment is cheap and unprofessionally renovated on the fast you can already hear it on the cheap laminate. The worst place I have ever stayed.
Positive: This is worst place i have ever booked. They told me that it is re
Negative: Before booking, we were informed that there was construction work in the building and that due to this, there would be a temporary elevator and some noise. However, there wasn’t even a temporary elevator—there was no elevator at all. Traveling with my 3-year-old son and having limited mobility due to a leg injury made this extremely challenging.

To make matters worse, there was no lighting in the stairwell, and we had to climb three flights of stairs in complete darkness. My phone’s battery had died, so we had no light source, making the situation even more difficult and unsafe.

The place was covered in dust and spider webs. The room had a shower right next to the bed, and there was a constant sewage smell coming from the shower drain, forcing us to keep the windows open. As a result, we were freezing since it was quite cold outside.

There was no lock at the building entrance, which made us feel very unsafe. We couldn’t leave the stroller downstairs and had to carry it up three flights of stairs.

They charged a €50 cleaning fee, but the room was dusty, the sheets were stained, and the kettle and oven were filthy. There was no dishwasher, and the cutlery provided hadn’t been cleaned properly before use.

And there is no free park place

Negative: Luci scale ingresso non funzionanti, capisco e sapevamo che l’appartamento era situato all’interno di un immobile in costruzione, ma non era piacevole utilizzare i telefoni con le torce accese e salire al 3 piano.

Negative: Shower in the bedroom; Shower door didn&#39;t close&#47;need adjusting, so water was everywhere plus very bad odor coming from the drain in the morning, which was unpleasant surprise to wake up to.
300 euro deposit is charged after booking without warning, this should be mentioned somewhere, so that people would be aware of that.

Overall good value for money
Positive: We booked it really last minute - 3 hours before we checked in. We got clear instructions how to check in, so this went really well. The apartment is brand new, the location is great.
Negative: It’s a pity the owners didn’t make the best out of the layout. The WC is separate, but there is no sink in it. It’s in the bedroom. The shower is in the bedroom too, literally next to the bed, it could be moved towards the sink area  and be easily separated, but now the renovation seems complete and would be a big effort to make any adjustments, a missed opportunity in my opinion.
Also it was extremely hot, and there is no airco (we knew that). We opened the windows and turned the ventilator to cool the place down

This apartment is just as the listing described. It was central to everything we wanted to do. We were only there one night but could have stayed longer as it was spacious and comfortable.

Bien conforme à la description : l’immeuble est en travaux, le logement est refait à neuf. La douche collé au lit n’est pas dérangeant si on est l’aise avec sa nudité, bref pas dérangeant pour une ou deux nuits pour moi. Par contre sur la durée il va y avoir de l’humidité sur le lit

Quelques améliorations : la porte de douche ne ferme pas, risque de flaques en bord de lit. Odeur forte de canalisation qui se dégage dans tout l’appart ( déjà précisé sur d’autres commentaires), il faut trouver la cause et cleaner ça. L’appart  3 se trouve sous les combles et il fait extrêmement chaud l’été. J’ai vu un commentaire de la gestion qui disait que deux ventilateurs étaient installés : c’est vrai mais ça ne suffit pas du tout. C’est dans une climatisation qu’il faut investir, un peu comme à l’époque Mbappé lorsqu’il avait prolongé au psg. ( ça avait mit une grosse Clim pour ceux n’auraient pas compris ). On a dormit les fenêtres ouvertes + double ventilateurs en marche on crevait de chaud.

Negative: Tuvalette lavabo yok, bunun için yatak odasına geçmek gerekiyor. Banyo yatak odasında ve kapali bir alan değil. Yani bu durum konforu çok etkiliyor.

Positive: L&#39;emplacement de l’apparemment est très bien, à proximité du centre historique et d&#39;un parking. L&#39;appartement est neuf avec un équipement complet.
Negative: L&#39;appartement mansardé n&#39;est pas climatisé. Il est équipé de 2 ventilateurs qui ne suffisent pas à faire descendre la température à un degré acceptable pour une bonne nuit. Seules 2 fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes pour faire entrer la fraicheur, mais en vis à vis direct sur des bureaux.
La douche dans la chambre accolée au lit est une très mauvaise idée, surtout que des odeurs d’égout refoulent !
Enfin la literie du canapé lit est très mauvaise; elle grince et impossible d&#39;y dormir à deux tant le moindre mouvement est ressentis dans tous le lit.
Bref, un bilan négatif.
