Hôte très sympa. Les instructions d'arrivées et de départs sont hyper clair, je n'ai jamais vu ça au TOP.
L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Bien situé dans le centre ville proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques....). Il est facile d'accès à moins de 15min à pied de la gare. Si je revient à Colmar je réserverais de nouveau

Although we did a last minute booking, the flat was clean and tidy. Some reviews mentioned a smell in the bathroom, but we didn’t experience it at all. And the construction work mentioned in the description is not something to worry about. Definitely a place to consider when visiting Colmar.

A very handy cost effective studio apartment
Positive: It is a spacious, quiet studio suitable for 2 people. Excellent communications with the online staff. We renewed twice staying in total 3 weeks. It had an elavator and included rubbish disposal in the lobby. A 5 minute walk to the historic centre with bus and trams outside of the apartment block.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, was praktisch ist. Leider gab es viele Störungen: Ständige Abflussgeräusche und ein unangenehmer Geruch machten den Aufenthalt wenig angenehm. Dank mildem Wetter konnten wir rund um die Uhr lüften. Die Sauberkeit war enttäuschend – in den Ecken lag dicker Staub, offenbar seit Monaten nicht geputzt. Im Bad fehlt eine Ablage für Shampoo, die Dusche ist wackelig und wirkt billig. Die Einrichtung passt nicht zusammen und sieht deutlich minderwertiger aus als auf den Fotos. Die Wände sind zwar frisch gestrichen, aber ungleichmäßig und fleckig. Trotz Innenhoflage war es abends oft laut durch nahe Bars und Restaurants. Der Boden besteht aus einfachem Vinyl und trägt zum insgesamt wenig hochwertigen Eindruck bei. Mit etwas mehr Pflege und besserer Ausstattung hätte die Wohnung großes Potenzial!

Super Apartment. Leider war am ersten Tag der Abfluss der Dusche sowie das Lavabo verstopft. Dies wurde aber von der Verwaltung schnell und gewissenhaft bereinigt.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und auch das Interieur ist sehr schön. Allerdings haben wir noch Müll vom Vormieter auf dem Regal gefunden und die Dusche war nach 1min so verstopft , dass das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser stand und man sehr lange warten musste bis das Wasser endlich abgeflossen ist.

Eine gute Unterkunft als Preis-Leistung. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Die Unterkunft wirkte etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern. Das Bad ist innen und dadurch wenig belüftet, das gefällt mir persönlich nicht. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank. Die Heizung war sehr laut, das hat uns nachts etwas gestört.

Appartement fidèle aux photos et très bien situé ! Les instructions pour y accéder sont claires. L'appartement est propre et bien rangé, malheureusement lors de notre arrivée, il y faisait froid et nous avons eu de la peine à le chauffer, car pas très bien isolé. Durant la nuit le chauffage, se rallume souvent et fait du bruit, nous l'avons alors éteint. Il faisait froid au réveil du coup... Mise à part ça tout s'est bien passé!

Suite à votre question sur les options de parking, nous vous avions bel et bien répondu. Dommage que vous n'ayez pas demandé plus d'informations si la réponse donnée n'était pas assez claire pour vous. Nous vous aurions éclairé davantage sur toute autre question.

Chez Travel Homes, nous sommes convaincus qu'une arrivée à tout moment peut faire toute la différence pour un voyageur en quête de flexibilité. C'est pour cette raison que nos check-ins sont autonomes; les étapes pour accéder au logement sont donc expliquées une à une via un document électronique qui vous a d'ailleurs été envoyé la veille de votre arrivée. Dommage que ce concept n'a pas été à votre goût!

La télé fonctionne via la tablette et propose même Netflix. Si vous nous aviez sollicité, nous vous aurions assisté sur son utilisation qui est, soulignons-le, assez évidente pour la plupart de nos invités.

En ce qui concerne les problèmes de maintenance, rien n'a été signalé pendant votre séjour et encore une fois, c'est regrettable car vous ne nous aviez pas donné l'occasion de régler ces problèmes rencontrés.

En tout cas, merci pour l'ensemble de vos remarques qui nous permet de revenir sur les points à améliorer afin de satisfaire pleinement nos invités!

Das Apartment liegt an einer sehr guten Lage. Man ist schnell mitten in der Stadt und im Weihnachtsmarkt aber trotzdem war es in der Nacht schön ruhig.

Positive: Location was perfect .
Negative: After hours check-in was a nightmare.  No directions were given as to how to find my apartment out of some 30 in the facility.  The advertisement for parking is misleading; it may or may not be available.   There are no closets or wardrobe in which to hang anything, just hooks scattered around the walls.  We lost heat and power one morning, and had no hot water the morning we checked out.  Except for the location which is great, it was a very disappointing experience.

Good location but loud heating device
Positive: The location, having microwave and a regular oven. It was easy to self check-in and out.
Negative: The heating device was too loud, it started and restarted again every 5 minutes by making a loud noise. It turned into maintenance mode several times if the hot water was all used up in it. It was not possible for 2 people to take a hot shower in a row. There were many warnings and rules everywhere about the garbage but no instructions about what to do with the bottles (it was instructed not to throw them in the bin). There was no wardrobe to hang clothes and nowhere to place your suitcases.

Positive: Great location, well situated for distance to train station and proximity to stunning old quarter of Colmar.
Negative: It was a little tricky to find the actual entrance door as the number wasn&#39;t visible from the street. Other people arriving for airbnb also struggled.

Positive: Posizione eccellente, a due passi da tutto ciò che c&#39;è da vedere e dalla Petit Venice. E per la stazione bus navetta gratuito con fermata a richiesta davanti alla struttura. Noi non abbiamo usufruito della cucina ma abbiamo potuto preparare un buon caffè ogni mattina. Probabilmente se tornerò a Colmar (e conto di farlo presto) sceglierò nuovamente la stessa struttura. Quindi, ovviamente, la consiglio.
Negative: Arrivare stanchi dal viaggio e dover fare un piano a piedi con una valigia grande, per altro dopo aver avuto difficoltà a recuperare le chiavi, non è molto piacevole...ma dopo 2 minuti abbiamo dimenticato la fatica perché è proprio un bel posto. Nonostante le istruzioni inviate prontamente alla nostra richiesta, non siamo riuscite ad utilizzare la TV che non si collegava al tablet. Ma anche questo è un problema di poco conto dato che eravamo a Colmar per vedere Colmar e non la TV.

Le logement est un petit studio très bien équipé. Belle décoration et emplacement au cœur de la petite Venise. 
La literie est confortable et le linge de maison de bonne qualité. 

Soucis rencontrés :
- il faisait très chaud à l'intérieur (29°) et difficile malgré le ventilateur
- extrêmement bruyant. Les restaurants à proximités attirent la foule et nous avons du faire avec des disputes à proximité ou dans l'immeuble (pas trouvé exactement la provenance du bruit, mais à 2h du matin on a juste envie de dormir)

Dommage car le but du Airbnb est d'avoir un lit pour dormir et mes 2 nuits ont été très pénible
