Fantastisch verblijf in een fantastische stad
Positive: Ontbijt nvt. Locatie heel goed, leuk appartement met een fijn bed. Sanitair was goed schoon.
Negative: Al contact gehad over een verstopt doucheputje waardoor we middenin de nacht stonden te dweilen. Schoonmakers moeten bij elke schoonmaak even het putje legen.

Hôte très sympa. Les instructions d'arrivées et de départs sont hyper clair, je n'ai jamais vu ça au TOP.
L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Bien situé dans le centre ville proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques....). Il est facile d'accès à moins de 15min à pied de la gare. Si je revient à Colmar je réserverais de nouveau

Although we did a last minute booking, the flat was clean and tidy. Some reviews mentioned a smell in the bathroom, but we didn’t experience it at all. And the construction work mentioned in the description is not something to worry about. Definitely a place to consider when visiting Colmar.

Positive: Хороший район, очень близко к центру, в квартире есть практически все необходимое для проживания, чисто, уютно, тепло, много места, комфортно. Полотенец, посуды было  достаточно. Все чистое и свежее. Хочется вернуться еще.
Negative: Не могли разобраться с плитой, выручала микроволновка. Очень не хватало электрочайника, был обычный. Но зато был кофе аппарат.

Voyageurs a fuir, n'ont rien respecté : tabac, alcool, bruit, invitation de guests non approuvés ni prévus, taches partout sur le parquet et le mobilier, dechets dans l'appartement, papier toilette souillé dans le salon, torchons a jeter, aleses pleine de ... on ne sait quoi, a jeter.

A very handy cost effective studio apartment
Positive: It is a spacious, quiet studio suitable for 2 people. Excellent communications with the online staff. We renewed twice staying in total 3 weeks. It had an elavator and included rubbish disposal in the lobby. A 5 minute walk to the historic centre with bus and trams outside of the apartment block.

De notre côté, nous serons ravis que vous séjourniez ailleurs que chez nous à l'avenir vu l'état lamentable dans lequel vous avez rendu l'appartement. Vous n'avez pas honte de vous plaindre, il a fallu 4 heures de ménage pour le rendre a nouveau habitable. Sans compter l'odeur de tabac qui persiste, et vous n'avez même pas voulu assumer le surcoût.

Logement très pratique : suffisamment spacieux pour 4, propre, bien rangé, bien chauffé, avec suffisamment de linge de salle de bain et d’ustensiles dans la cuisine. Et c’est super qu’il y ait une machine à laver. 
L’accès autonome a été très facile grâce aux instructions très claires que nous avons reçues la veille. 
 Il convenait totalement à nos attentes. 

La seule chose à réparer est l’évacuation de la douche. L’eau s’évacue mais très lentement ce qui fait qu’au bout de quelques secondes seulement on patauge dans plusieurs centimètres d’eau. Ce qui n’est pas très agréable. Heureusement l’eau ne déborde pas à l’extérieur.

L’agència sempre ha estat disponible quan l’he contactat i han estat molt amables.Un 10!
El pis estava molt net i la seva ubicació molt bona. 5 minuts caminant al centre i 10 a l’estació de tren.
Els llits còmodes. Aigua calenta a la dutxa i la cuina equipada amb lo just i necessari. Pis correcte per a 4 adults. 
Si vas amb cotxe, pots aparcar gratuitament al carrer des de les 19h fins a les 9h. La resta és de pagament i un màxim de 3 hores.
Recomano molt aquest allotjament, i de fet, si torno a anar a la zona el tindre en compte.

Notre séjour s'est passé à merveille ! L'appartement était impeccable et fidèle à ce qui était décrit.
Arrivée et départ sans aucune intervention humaine mais qui permet une flexibilité appréciable.
Le quartier bien que très central n'est pas du tout attractif et les commerces sont assez loin mais l'endroit est vraiment tranquille et le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied.
Nous recommandons.

Emplacement agréable, bon rapport qualité prix
Positive: Localisation à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et d&#39;un parking indigo pour la voiture. A quelques minutes en voiture de la Cité du train, et du parc zoologique. Proche d&#39;un joli parc. Emplacement calme (si les voisins du dessus savent faire preuve de discrétion). Lits confortables. Niveau de propreté correct sauf la cuisine.
Negative: Cuisine pas très propre: coulure de gras sur la hotte, plaque vitrocéramique limite, casseroles avec des résidus au fond, four gras et odeur de saucisse très forte. Insonorisation moyenne avec l&#39;appartement du dessus.
