Positive: Ontbijt nvt. Locatie heel goed, leuk appartement met een fijn bed. Sanitair was goed schoon.
Negative: Al contact gehad over een verstopt doucheputje waardoor we middenin de nacht stonden te dweilen. Schoonmakers moeten bij elke schoonmaak even het putje legen.

Hôte très sympa. Les instructions d'arrivées et de départs sont hyper clair, je n'ai jamais vu ça au TOP.
L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Bien situé dans le centre ville proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques....). Il est facile d'accès à moins de 15min à pied de la gare. Si je revient à Colmar je réserverais de nouveau

Although we did a last minute booking, the flat was clean and tidy. Some reviews mentioned a smell in the bathroom, but we didn’t experience it at all. And the construction work mentioned in the description is not something to worry about. Definitely a place to consider when visiting Colmar.

Negative: Не могли разобраться с плитой, выручала микроволновка. Очень не хватало электрочайника, был обычный. Но зато был кофе аппарат.

Voyageurs a fuir, n'ont rien respecté : tabac, alcool, bruit, invitation de guests non approuvés ni prévus, taches partout sur le parquet et le mobilier, dechets dans l'appartement, papier toilette souillé dans le salon, torchons a jeter, aleses pleine de ... on ne sait quoi, a jeter.

A very handy cost effective studio apartment
Positive: It is a spacious, quiet studio suitable for 2 people. Excellent communications with the online staff. We renewed twice staying in total 3 weeks. It had an elavator and included rubbish disposal in the lobby. A 5 minute walk to the historic centre with bus and trams outside of the apartment block.

We had a great stay at this apartment - the views were beautiful and space was comfortable for our family. The power was not working in part of the main bedroom but Travel Homes was very responsive to take care of it. Location is right by the SNCF and easy to walk to centre-ville.

Appartement central à Mulhouse à deux pas de la gare centrale et près du vieux centre . L’appartement était propre et coquet , spacieux , avec une belle vue car situé au 17 eme étage. Le seul hic était que le chauffage fonctionnait très peu , était à peine tiède et nous avions froid , surtout en soirée quand les températures chutent . L’agence s’est montrée toutefois très disponible et à notre écoute , en nous proposant si nous le souhaitions un autre logement .

A Wonderful, Cozy and Clean Stay for Families in Mulhouse
Positive: The house is fully equipped, it feels like home! It is clean and close to many Mulhouse attractions, including Carrefour and many shops. 
It is nicely decorated and well thought out with details like books of different languages, candles, and a Chalkboard in the kitchen. There is a washing machine so we only needed to buy a washing detergent. I&#39;d highly recommend it for family vacations.
I also appreciated the follow-up from Travel Home Staff (Stephanie).
Negative: It does not include free parking - so we had to walk 10 minutes to the public parking.
I wish the apartment included a dryer because it was raining, and clothes took longer to dry.
The washing machine is loud when drying.

Positive: Вид из окна (за что и наброшен 1 балл), но нужно понимать, что Мулюз - не Париж, поэтому панорамный вид хороший, но без фанатизма.
Negative: Сложилось такое впечатление, что у апартаментов сменился хозяин, потому что такая вісокая оценка притупила нашу бдительность и мы были разочарованы от начала до конца. Обо всем по порядку.
1. Квартира находится в дешевом социальном доме, в котором живут беженцы, с соответствующими соседями и районом, а также шумоизоляцией.
2. В квартире недорогой косметический ремонт с мебелью из Икеи - ничего особенного или дизайнерского нет. Обычная квартира.
2. При бронировании на Букинге мы видим цену 52 евро за ночь, нажимаем на нее и мгновенно получаем подтверждение, а с карты списывается 52 + 65 + 300 евро = 417 евро за ночевку в Мулюзе! И тут начинаются нервы и выяснения. Оказывается, что тут есть скрытый платеж 65 евро за уборку номера и 300 евро залог! Написана эта информация только в подтверждении, когда вы уже совершили бронь, т.е. чистое мошенничество. Будем разбираться с букингом. Хозяин квартиры отморозился и перевел все стрелки на Букинг, типа он не виноват. Но деньги он вам уже не вернет. Т.о. квартира стоимостью 52 евро превратилась в 117 евро + 300 евро (заблокированный на карте залог, который вам обязуются вернуть в течение 7 дней после выезда).
2. Попасть в квартиру - это настоящее испытание. После подтверждения на Букинге вам пришлют длинную анкету для заполнения ваших данных, фото вашего паспорта и т.д., и только после этого пришлют целых 3 кода - от двери в подъезде, от лифта! и от коробочки с ключем от самой квартиры. При заполнении анкеты вы подписываетесь под целым списком обязанностей, например, вы обязаны помыть за собой всю посуду и вынести свой мусор (несмотря на то, что за уборку с вас уже сняли 65 евро! 
3. Вид из окон - единственный плюс, который перекрывается описанными минусами. 
Будьте бдительны и не бронируйте эту квартиру!

Wij verbleven hier maar 1 nachtje op doorreis, maar je zou hier prima langere tijd kunnen verblijven. Genoeg ruimte voor 4 personen, nette apparatuur in badkamer / keuken en comfortabele woonkamer. Een aanrader!
