Positive: Ontbijt nvt. Locatie heel goed, leuk appartement met een fijn bed. Sanitair was goed schoon.
Negative: Al contact gehad over een verstopt doucheputje waardoor we middenin de nacht stonden te dweilen. Schoonmakers moeten bij elke schoonmaak even het putje legen.

Hôte très sympa. Les instructions d'arrivées et de départs sont hyper clair, je n'ai jamais vu ça au TOP.
L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Bien situé dans le centre ville proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques....). Il est facile d'accès à moins de 15min à pied de la gare. Si je revient à Colmar je réserverais de nouveau

Although we did a last minute booking, the flat was clean and tidy. Some reviews mentioned a smell in the bathroom, but we didn’t experience it at all. And the construction work mentioned in the description is not something to worry about. Definitely a place to consider when visiting Colmar.

Positive: Хороший район, очень близко к центру, в квартире есть практически все необходимое для проживания, чисто, уютно, тепло, много места, комфортно. Полотенец, посуды было  достаточно. Все чистое и свежее. Хочется вернуться еще.
Negative: Не могли разобраться с плитой, выручала микроволновка. Очень не хватало электрочайника, был обычный. Но зато был кофе аппарат.

Voyageurs a fuir, n'ont rien respecté : tabac, alcool, bruit, invitation de guests non approuvés ni prévus, taches partout sur le parquet et le mobilier, dechets dans l'appartement, papier toilette souillé dans le salon, torchons a jeter, aleses pleine de ... on ne sait quoi, a jeter.

A very handy cost effective studio apartment
Positive: It is a spacious, quiet studio suitable for 2 people. Excellent communications with the online staff. We renewed twice staying in total 3 weeks. It had an elavator and included rubbish disposal in the lobby. A 5 minute walk to the historic centre with bus and trams outside of the apartment block.

Comfortable unit in a great location, with a few small issues
Positive: Excellent location, quiet unit, plenty of space for two people, and a comfortable bed. Very relaxing and enjoyable overall!
Negative: The cleanliness, especially the bathroom, was below expectations. Additionally, a few parts of the unit were in disrepair, or need better consideration, especially the shower. If you stop paying attention to the shower for even 5 second, the bathroom floor will be flooded.

J'ai été un peu déçu que le logement réservé n'étais pas le même que celui des photos de la réservation. 
Hormis cela, l'appartement était similaire niveau décoration que sur celui de la réservation, donc plutôt joli. Le logement était très propre, bien situé, proche de toute commodité. 
Réponse rapide de la part de travel homes. 
La place de parking proposé est pratique, mais c'est un peu comme une chasse au trésor avant d'arriver à garer sa voiture. 
Je suis satisfaite de mon séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement est vraiment bien situé en plein centre ville, avec des places de parking également juste à côté. 
Les petits bémols sont effectivement le bruit d’une machine à laver chez le voisin que l’on entend et le logement un peu sombre.

Positive: The localization is amazing. The owner is always available to answer your messages and questions. There was coffee to the coffee machine which was very nice.
The home is cosy and it has everything you need to stay for a couple of days.

Positive: O apartamento é o ideal, pela localização bem no centro, com serviços perto, e pelo Conforto . Bem equipado, bem decorado. Só apetecia chegar a casa ao fim do dia! Ótimo para família.

Negative: Chegamos e não tinhamos a chaves no cofre. Ficaram esquecidas. Tivemos que esperar 1h . Entretanto conseguimos entrar em contato, e pusemos as malas no apartamento de cima enquanto não chegavam. 
Fez-nos perder o pôr do sol e perder 1h a tentar entrar em contato. 
Quando fizemos o check-out no dia da saída, deixamos tudo arrumado á porta de casa, para podermos sair um bocadinho e voltarmos 30m antes da hora , que achava mos ser ao meio dia, como em todos os sítios . 
Quando chegamos as 11:30 já tínhamos tudo revirado, as comidas que tínhamos deixado no frigorífico para levarmos para esse dia, tudo no lixo. 
Ainda levei com um telefonema do anfitrião a gritar  comigo e a dizer que era inadmissível ,porque me tinha atrasado para o check-out. Muito arrogante. 
Já não pude recuperar nada do lixo , nem usar o WC para sair. 
Foi pena ter acabado assim porque gostamos muito do apartamento.

This was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. State of this place is unacceptable.
Negative: Our stay at Travel Homes - Tanneur 3 was a complete nightmare. From the moment we arrived, we were faced with one issue after another, each more disgusting than the last.
The building itself was filthy. The entrance of the building, leading to the apartment, was CRAWLING WITH COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, as can be seen in the pictures. It was so bad that we had to jump on the stairs just to avoid stepping on them. These cockroaches also crawled up to the second floor, where our apartment was. The lack of basic cleanliness was shocking.
The window shutter was covered in bird poop, making it unusable unless we wanted to risk infection. It’s hard to believe that anyone would think this is okay for guests. The shower was also a complete mess. After just one person used it, the water pooled and got stuck, creating a terrible smell that made it hard to even go into the bathroom. We were staying with 4 persons in the apartment, but only 1 person was able to take a shower.
To make matters worse, the tiny ventilation machines in the apartment were useless against the extreme heat inside. We were left sweating and uncomfortable the entire time.
We contacted the landlord immediately after arriving about our problems, telling them we wanted to leave early because the conditions were so bad. We were traveling with a child who was terrified from the moment we stepped in. But once the landlord understood our problem, they ignored our request. We had to reach out to Booking.com directly, who were also unable to solve our issues. WE WERE 9 HOURS WITHOUT A SOLUTION WHILE WE JUST WANTED TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT. The landlord’s lack of cooperation was shocking and made us feel like we were dealing with some sort of housing mafia.
This was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. The state of this place is completely unacceptable, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to stay far away.
