Fantastisch verblijf in een fantastische stad
Positive: Ontbijt nvt. Locatie heel goed, leuk appartement met een fijn bed. Sanitair was goed schoon.
Negative: Al contact gehad over een verstopt doucheputje waardoor we middenin de nacht stonden te dweilen. Schoonmakers moeten bij elke schoonmaak even het putje legen.

Hôte très sympa. Les instructions d'arrivées et de départs sont hyper clair, je n'ai jamais vu ça au TOP.
L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Bien situé dans le centre ville proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques....). Il est facile d'accès à moins de 15min à pied de la gare. Si je revient à Colmar je réserverais de nouveau

Although we did a last minute booking, the flat was clean and tidy. Some reviews mentioned a smell in the bathroom, but we didn’t experience it at all. And the construction work mentioned in the description is not something to worry about. Definitely a place to consider when visiting Colmar.

Positive: Хороший район, очень близко к центру, в квартире есть практически все необходимое для проживания, чисто, уютно, тепло, много места, комфортно. Полотенец, посуды было  достаточно. Все чистое и свежее. Хочется вернуться еще.
Negative: Не могли разобраться с плитой, выручала микроволновка. Очень не хватало электрочайника, был обычный. Но зато был кофе аппарат.

Voyageurs a fuir, n'ont rien respecté : tabac, alcool, bruit, invitation de guests non approuvés ni prévus, taches partout sur le parquet et le mobilier, dechets dans l'appartement, papier toilette souillé dans le salon, torchons a jeter, aleses pleine de ... on ne sait quoi, a jeter.

A very handy cost effective studio apartment
Positive: It is a spacious, quiet studio suitable for 2 people. Excellent communications with the online staff. We renewed twice staying in total 3 weeks. It had an elavator and included rubbish disposal in the lobby. A 5 minute walk to the historic centre with bus and trams outside of the apartment block.

Positive: The location was perfect! We had a car and there was a parking place right across the street with very reasonable prices. The apartment was clean and well decorated! The owner asked us multiple times if we needed something more which I found very nice! It was a very nice experience!
Negative: We visited with friends so one couple sould sleep on the couch which change to a bed. It was a bit uncomfortable which is reasonable but maybe they could change it in the future! That was just one small thing but our overall experience was amazing!

Super Lage für die Erkundung von Colmar. Gern wieder.
Positive: Super Lage, direkt am Park und man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt. Parkplatz haben wir direkt vor der Tür gefunden, und ist auch bezahlbar. 
Alles wie beschrieben, super ausgestattetes Apartment, hat alles was man braucht und ist gemütlich eingerichtet.
Negative: Tatsächlich könnte das  Treppenhaus mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Und ja, es gibt viele Treppen, aber das ist nichts negatives, da es ja so beschrieben ist und klar ist, da man im Dachgeschoss wohnt.
Also nur als Hinweis gemeint.

Das Appartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Negative: -Die Treppe bis auf die 3. Etage fand ich viel zu eng, für Menschen mit Mobilitätsprobleme würde dieser Unterkunft leider nicht passen
-Der Holzboden hat laute Geräusche beim drauf tretten gemacht
-Der Haupteingang ist sehr ungepflegt, alt und staubig.

Через некоторое время мне помогли, скинули все данные в сообщения, но если бы я все это время стояла под дождем с ребенком, то оценка была бы гораздо ниже. Так же для меня большой минус залоговая сумма в 300 евро, которую снимают с карты, и только на след день, как ты выехал, к вечеру они возвращаются. Я много где арендовала квартиры в разных странах, но с таким столкнулась впервые. Это место не стоит такого залога, по моему мнению. Сегодня ночевали в Польше, квартира намного круче и техники разной много, но никакого залога не брали. И еще большой минус - скрипят полы.

posizione ottima vicina al centro ma tranquilla e molto silenziosa.
attenzione alle scale piccole e un po' scomode per trasportare bagagli e difficili per chi ha difficoltà di movimento o bambini piccoli 
parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa,al giorno 12 euro.
colmar è visitabile a piedi perdendosi nelle meravigliose vie e stradine tipiche.

Positive: Appartamento molto bello e con tutto quello che serve per una permanenza ottimale. Indicazioni di accesso molto chiare, non si può sbagliare. Il centro di Colmar è molto vicino, non piú di 5 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio pubblico a pagamento in strada vicino all&#39; appartamento. Attenzione solo alla scala di accesso al sottotetto,
 molto ripida!

Positive: Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt. Großes Wohnzimmer. Klimaanlage.
Negative: Zimmer 5 ist im Dachgeschoss. Da wir viel Gepäck mit hatten, war es sehr mühselig, die schmalen Treppenstufen hochzukommen.
