Hôte très sympa. Les instructions d'arrivées et de départs sont hyper clair, je n'ai jamais vu ça au TOP.
L'appartement est très bien et très propre. Bien situé dans le centre ville proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques....). Il est facile d'accès à moins de 15min à pied de la gare. Si je revient à Colmar je réserverais de nouveau

Although we did a last minute booking, the flat was clean and tidy. Some reviews mentioned a smell in the bathroom, but we didn’t experience it at all. And the construction work mentioned in the description is not something to worry about. Definitely a place to consider when visiting Colmar.

A very handy cost effective studio apartment
Positive: It is a spacious, quiet studio suitable for 2 people. Excellent communications with the online staff. We renewed twice staying in total 3 weeks. It had an elavator and included rubbish disposal in the lobby. A 5 minute walk to the historic centre with bus and trams outside of the apartment block.

Spacious apartment in a superb location; great value, if somewhat noisy neighbours at night
Positive: Location was excellent. Bathroom recently renovated. Kitchen well supplied. Big tv with Netflix.
Negative: Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. Very noisy at night as everyone buzzes to be admitted and passes through the courtyard directly outside bedroom window.

Agréable séjour.
Positive: Situé à 5min à pied de la Petite Venise. Très bel appartement avec une grande chambre parentale, la 2ème chambre est connecté au séjour via une porte coulissante, une cuisine fonctionnel et une tablette à disposition qui dispose de Netflix&#47;Youtube.
Negative: Le robinet de la salle de bain était cassé (très peu de débit) et l’appartement est situé en rez-de-chaussée donc les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur la petite cour directement et ne disposent pas d’antiregars.

Positive: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per la seconda volta. La prima esperienza era stata ottima, e anche questa volta l’appartamento si è confermato carino, spazioso e pulito, con un’ottima posizione. Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni aspetti che hanno reso il soggiorno meno piacevole rispetto alla volta precedente.

In generale, il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma questi dettagli hanno un po&#39; abbassato la qualità dell’esperienza. Se fossero risolti, l’appartamento meriterebbe un 9.
Negative: Doccia e pressione dell’acqua: molto carina esteticamente, ma purtroppo esce pochissima acqua, soprattutto quando si richiede quella calda. Questo ha reso l’uso della doccia poco confortevole. Anche i lavandini avevano una pressione molto bassa (tranne quello in cucina).

Sistema TV: gestire la TV tramite un tablet può essere complicato per chi non è abituato. Un telecomando tradizionale sarebbe molto più pratico. Inoltre, sarebbe gradito avere un servizio streaming incluso, perché non tutti sono disposti a loggarsi con i propri account in un appartamento in affitto.

Router e sicurezza: il router è lasciato in una posizione poco sicura, con cavi esposti e penzolanti, non ideale se si viaggia con bambini.

Pulizia delle finestre: nella camera principale, le finestre erano sporche e non invitavano ad essere aperte.

Armadietto danneggiato: all’arrivo, un’anta era scardinata. Nulla di grave, ma sarebbe stato meglio trovarlo in ordine.


Nell’appartamento viene specificato di segnalare eventuali problemi, ma per questioni come la pressione dell’acqua o la pulizia delle finestre, difficilmente si può avere una soluzione immediata.

Positive: L’appartement est très bien placé, spacieux et bien équipé. Les lits étaient confortables. 
Les informations fournies avant et pendant le séjour étaient claires.
Negative: J’ai trouvé la décoration un peu kitch mais les goûts sont personnels :)
Quelques bricoles à réparer mais je l’ai signalé directement à l’organisme qui gère l’appartement et ils vont s’en occuper.
J’ai trouvé le logement un peu cher mais c’est sûrement la période de Noël qui veut ça…

La llegada fue fácil. Dejamos el coche en la puerta y descargamos. El coche lo dejamos en el parking Rass, que está al lado del alojamiento.
El alojamiento está en pleno centro, muy bien ubicado, y tenia el menaje suficiente para cocinar.
Las camas eran cómodas y grandes.
La comunicación con Travel Homes fue muy fluida, sin problemas.
Lo único algo mas negativo a destacar era que las ventanas no sellaban bien y entraba corriente fría por ellas y que uno de los días había gente en el apartamento de arriba que no se que hacían pero nuestro alojamiento vibraba y resonaba.

Positive: The location was excellent for accessing the Christmas markets in Colmar. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nice large fridge. Parking downtown is challenging as is double parking to load&#47;unload but that’s to be expected in a small downtown with narrow streets.
Negative: The bathroom in the back could use a towel rack to hang hand towels. 
The bathroom in the front could use more space to hang wet towels.

Positive: Property was in a great location and check in&#47;check out was very simple. Nice accommodations and very comfortable and spacious.
Negative: Could have been a bit more clean. Noticed cobwebs and spiders in the hallway and room, and stains on the couch that were covered up with blankets. Not a huge deal.

Great location, nice apartment, please upgrade bed mattress.
Positive: The location was amazing, quiet street but next to the Christmas market and downtown area. The apartment overall looks good, and just like in the pictures. The bed in the large bedroom was comfortable.
Negative: The smaller bed was very uncomfortable (not because of the size, but because the mattress was very bad, it seems to be very old&#47;used, so the middle part of the mattress was much softer than the edges, so we would sink into the middle). However the large bed was very comfortable. 
The apartment could have been better cleaned. 
The street&#47;area is quiet, but the building is not well isolated, so we could hear the people in the apartment above running around and stomping their feet. It also made the wardrobe in the smaller bedroom shake, which caused noise. This woke us up early in the mornings. 
The floor heating is very weirdly distributed, some areas stay cold while other areas get too hot.

L’appartement était fidèle aux photos de l’annonce , belle décoration , emplacement géniale .

Nous sommes arrivés en découvrant un dressing rempli d’eau allant jusqu’au sol car fuite d’eau venant de l’appartement du dessus , nous n’avons pas été prévenu et avons du vider les bols à plusieurs reprises , le bruit de chaque goutes qui tombaient résonnait dans mon sommeil . compliqué de dormir à côté d’une fuite . Ensuite , 
La chaudière ne marchait pas , il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain ni dans la cuisine . plusieurs toiles d’araignées accrochées aux rideaux de la chambre .

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartment an bester Lage. Kommunikation sehr freundlich und effizient. Leider hatte es einen unerwarteten Wasserschaden in einem Zimmer. Die Verwaltung kümmert sich jedoch gleich darum.

Positive: Gute Lage, fast direkt in der Innenstadt aber trotzdem eine sehr ruhige Wohnung. 
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend.
Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Negative: Leider war in einem Zimmer an der Decke Schimmel. (Wurde nach einem Tag mit teilweise behoben).
Das zweite Bett war für 2 Personen sehr klein.

This place is in a wonderful location - close to everything! No need for a car. In fact, it would be a hindrance. We parked in a garage a few blocks away which was a little tricky to enter. The host was helpful in finding a garage. If you do drive a car, you can drive up to the entry door but you need to reverse out as the street narrows significantly. There is an amazing restaurant at the entrance to the street on the left. The apartment is on street level inside a courtyard. Easy to get in and out with bags etc. The pictures on the site make it look bigger than it is, and fancier. It is a reasonable place but we were a bit surprised when we entered vs. what we thought it would look like. The place was clean but a little run down. Being that it's such a great location, we would consider staying here again. The hosts were responsive and kind.

Very well located flat in Colmar. Walkable to all the areas for restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, and also a good location to explore other small cities nearby if you have a car. 

The place is in a quiet area so it was a peaceful place to sleep and relax.

Positive: L&#39;appartamento è carino e la cucina è fornita di tutto ciò di cui si ha necessità per un soggiorno breve. La zona è molto centrale a pochi passi a piedi dal centro e intorno ci sono ristoranti. Il parcheggio su strada è a pagamento. Abbiamo effettuato il self check in, ma i proprietari sono stati abbastanza reattivi alle domande
Negative: Tappezzeria delle sedie e divano un po&#39; trasandato, che avrebbe bisogno di essere rifoderato. La stanza con la toilette separato e distante dalla stanza bagno con lavandino e dalla doccia. La stanza più piccola, era davvero piccola.
